The Terms of Service for Online Journey

You pay us the agreed amount based on your plan (bronze ,silver or gold) and once payment has been taken we will deliver on that plan.

The deliverables are as follows:

For the Bronze and Silver plans you will receive video feedback on your videos within 14 days of us receiving them. This enables you to produce your second video before the month end. The receipt date is normally the same as the send date, but we recognise technology can sometimes be at fault. If there is any dispute on your receipt date we will show you the timestamp the videos were received.

If you do not receive feedback within 14 days of receipt you are entitled to a 20% discount on your fee for the next month.

You may cancel the Bronze and Silver plan at any point, but you will not receive a refund for the month you have already paid for.

For the Gold Plan you will have a calendar month to redeem your online coaching. Amplify Presentations Ltd is under no obligation to carry out the coaching after a calendar month has passed. You may cancel the Gold plan within 30 days of purchase of the plan. After 30 days there will be no refund. Should you not able to attend the coaching once we have booked it in the calendar, we will do our best to re-arrange it to a suitable time. There is no guarantee we will be able to re-arrange. If this happens you will not be able to roll-over your coaching to the next month, you will forfeit that month’s coaching.

In signing up to the online journey we may from time to time reach capacity with feedback. When we reach capacity we will not offer a refund but intstead we will notify you and roll-over your coaching/feedback to the next available calendar month.

Being coached by Amplify does not guarantee a generation of income, increase in sales or investment.
